Who we are
From Two and this website are provided by Andrew Tech, United Kingdom. Andrew Tech is responsible for any personal information handled for this website and support service. Contact us at hello@andrewtech.co.uk.
The game stays on your device
From Two is a single-player game. You do not need an account. Your civilisation, generated alien names, progress and settings are saved locally on your device. The current release does not send your game save to Andrew Tech, and does not include advertising, tracking, analytics or a developer-operated cloud-save service.
Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove your local save. Your operating system may include app data in its own device backup if you enable that service; those backups are managed by Apple or Google under their own settings and privacy policies.
Permissions and notifications
The game does not need access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location. Where local notifications are available and enabled, your device may ask permission to show reminders about completed work. You can change notification permissions in your device settings. These are local reminders, rather than marketing messages sent from our servers.
App stores and device services
Apple and Google may independently process information about downloads, payments, device backups and diagnostics through their platforms. Any diagnostic reports they make available to developers are governed by your platform’s sharing settings. Their own privacy policies apply to those services. We do not install a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the current game.
When you visit this website
This site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and protect the service, the hosting provider processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. We use this information for operating and securing the website, on the basis of our legitimate interests in providing a reliable service. Hosting information may be processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States, with applicable contractual safeguards.
We have not added advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or a newsletter service. Fonts, images and videos are served by this website. The site does not embed third-party video players. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its handling of hosting information.
If you contact us
If you email Andrew Tech, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your enquiry, investigate a problem and provide support, on the basis of our legitimate interests in helping players. Our email provider processes messages to deliver that service. Please send only what is needed to explain the issue; never send passwords or payment details.
Support correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and any related follow-up, or to meet a legal obligation. Hosting logs follow the hosting provider’s retention settings. You can ask us about retention or request deletion using the contact above. We do not sell personal information or add support contacts to a marketing list.
Children’s privacy
The game does not ask players to provide personal information, create accounts or interact with other players online. If a child contacts support, a parent or guardian should help with the enquiry. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, please contact us.
Your choices and rights
You can manage your local game data through your device and app storage settings. For personal information held by Andrew Tech, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. Email us to exercise these rights. We may need enough information to verify your request.
If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You may also contact the data protection authority where you live.
Your right to object
You can object to our use of your personal information for legitimate interests at any time by contacting us. We will consider your request and stop processing unless we have a lawful reason to continue. You can also ask us for information about international-transfer safeguards and how to obtain a copy.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the game or website’s data practices change. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
