About these terms
These terms cover the From Two website and game provided by Andrew Tech, United Kingdom. Contact hello@andrewtech.co.uk with questions. By using the website or game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Your game licence
Subject to the applicable app-store terms, Andrew Tech gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use From Two for your own non-commercial enjoyment. The game, artwork, audio, code and branding remain the property of their respective owners. You may share your own gameplay screenshots and videos with credit to From Two.
Please do not redistribute the game, sell access to it, claim ownership of its assets, or use the website in a way that harms the service or other people. Nothing here restricts activities or rights that applicable law permits.
App-store agreements and payments
If you download From Two from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies unless a separate licence is specified in the store. These website terms do not replace that agreement. For Google Play, the applicable Google Play terms also apply.
Any price, payment and refund arrangements are shown by the store at the time of purchase. Payments and refund requests are handled through the store you used. We do not collect payment card details through this website. This page does not promise a particular price or release date.
Your civilisation and saved progress
Your game progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling, clearing app storage, changing devices or a device failure can result in lost progress. The current game does not provide a developer-operated cloud-save or cross-device recovery service. Device backups may help, depending on your operating system and settings. Contact support before removing the app if you are trying to resolve a problem.
Development and updates
From Two is in development. Screenshots and other previews show development builds, and features may change before release. Future features are not guaranteed. We may make updates to improve the game, fix problems or change content. We aim to preserve existing progress, but cannot guarantee that all data will always be recoverable.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to provide the game and website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or by use contrary to these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, including rights relating to digital content.
Privacy and external links
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. External services linked from this site, including app stores, have their own terms and policies.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes. The updated date appears above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live. You may bring a claim in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
